“We created the Isis Alliance Program to serve as a resource where companies looking to deploy mobile commerce solutions have access to tools and information,” says Jim Stapleton, chief sales officer at Isis.

“The Isis Alliance Program will help companies harness the competitive advantages created by mobile commerce and better serve merchant customer needs.”

The announcement comes just days after the US-wide rollout of the Isis Mobile Wallet, enabling AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless subscribers to make payments using their NFC phones.

  1. All well and good. But, ISIS need to teach their retail merchants how to use and direct customers to use their in-store terminals first. Now. A week ago. Before they launched.

Seriously, go into a store with an ISIS terminal and ask the cashier what it is? How do you use it? Those clerks are ISIS’ best representatives right now and they are clueless.
