LG has announced two more Android smartphones that come with NFC.
The Optimus L5 and Optimus L7 are part of LG’s new L-Style series which, the company says, provide “a timeless design with finer details that further differentiates LG’s mobile devices from the competition”.
The top-of-the-range L7 features a 4.3-inch screen, 5MP camera and runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The L5 has a 4-inch screen, 5MP camera and also runs Android 4.0.
The series also includes the Optimus L3, which does not include NFC.
The new phones join three other LG NFC phones which have recently been announced — the LG Optimus LTE Tag, the LG Optimus 3D Max and the LG Optimus 4X HD. Details of pricing and availability for the L5 and the L7 are yet to be announced.
