The Nokia C7 smartphone contains NFC hardware and, via Symbian Belle, can be used for NFC tag reading and writing applications.

The C7 has been able to support secure NFC services such as mobile payments since the first half of 2012.

The Nokia Astound, the US version of the Nokia C7, is exclusive to T-Mobile and is positioned as an entry-level smartphone and also comes with NFC.
