When it comes to near field communication we want one of our consumers’ first great experiences to be with one of our brands, the director of digital marketing for brewing giant MillerCoors has explained in a video interview with iMedia Connection.
“We think the idea of all of our guys walking around and us having an opportunity to deliver a rich, engaging experience to them right up to the point of purchase is going to be a powerful tool,” Steve Mura explains. “So we’re actually doing some things now to prepare.
“We think it’s going to take a couple of rounds before people are good at it,” he adds. “We want to be good at it when our consumer starts using it on a more regular basis.”
