The HTC Desire 610 is a mid-range Android handset with “optional” NFC.
The phone offers a 4.7-inch qHD display and is driven by a quad core Snapdragon 400 running at 1.2GHz. The Desire 610 also offers 4G LTE connectivity.
NFC is listed as an optional feature in the official spec sheet, so availability is expected to vary by carrier and by country.
The HTC Desire 610 was announced at Mobile World Congress in February 2014 and is landing at retail during the second quarter, at around £230.
