Samsung has added a new smartphone to its Galaxy range. The Galaxy Mega “phablet” comes in two sizes, with a 6.3-inch or 5.8-inch HD LCD screen. The 6.3-inch model will come with NFC. Both versions will be available globally, beginning in Europe and Russia in May 2013. More
