ISIS ON IPHONE: Cashwrap case will bring Isis NFC payments to Apple’s phone

Mobile device accessories maker Incipio has unveiled Cashwrap, an NFC case that can be used to add Isis mobile payments and offers capabilities to the iPhone 4 and 4S.

“Incipio’s stylish, protective, portable case offering is comprised of internationally-recognized near field communication (NFC) technology and the Isis Mobile Wallet iOS Application,” the company says. “The Isis Mobile Wallet App stores the consumer’s personal credit, debit and loyalty card information and organizes offers and coupons, making payment quick and simple.”

The Cashwrap mobile wallet case will ship in March 2013 and will retail at US$60 to $70.

Incipio has worked with AT&T on the development of Cashwrap according to 9to5 Mac, which has produced a short video of the new device at the CES:

Update “Cashwrap is DeviceFidelity’s iCaisse product with Incipio plastics and packaging,” DeviceFidelity marketing manager Stephanie Barrueto has since confirmed to NFC World.
